The boy from the Braguinha Marchinhas for children! Great musicians for little ones.

BEAUTIFUL!

We were invited this weekend to enjoy the show, O menino das Marchinhas - Braguinha for children. The play is part of the Great Musicians for Little Ones project and is taking place at Morro da Urca, which in itself is beautiful and a very nice walk.

Since it is one of the most important tourist attractions in Rio de Janeiro, it has gained a magnificent plus with the piece.

Lots of good music

O menino das marchinhas, takes parts of the biography of Carlos Alberto Ferreira Braga, also known as Braguinha or João de Barro, a renowned composer from Rio de Janeiro, to the stage in a light and amusing way.
The author of songs such as Balancê, Temos Bananas and Canção do Pirulito, which are very well interpreted during the play.

Throughout the work, we can observe Braguinha's first musical steps, such as the Bando de Tangarás and his consecration with the song Carinhoso, after all, who doesn't know his masterpiece with Pixinguinha? My heart, I don't know why...

Great Musicians for Little Ones Project

I got to know the project together with the play O menino das Marchinhas and I can already declare myself a fan!
What a beautiful thing, to awaken something so delicious in our little ones from an early age and in a super creative, fun and light way.

With every song that played in the show, my little one raised his hands and spoke:

"Well, did you know?"

I have no doubt that he liked it A LOT and, for sure, we are together teaching what quality music is.
Another thing I found interesting is that the Great Musicians for Little Ones project is in constant action, always bringing new shows about other authors.

Fun for everyone

O menino das Marchinhas is a silly show where only children have fun, but on the contrary, it was a laugh for the whole family.
This time it was me, the little one, my brother and his girlfriend, and we looked at each other and laughed a lot, with that laugh of childhood innocence.
If only the world knew how much we needed it.

My little one's eyes sparkled and he clapped and shouted with happiness throughout the whole play.
As the show is very playful, we could see the joy and smiles of our little boy when he recognized characters that are already present in his imagination, such as the Big Bad Wolf and the Three Little Pigs.
A delightful program for the whole family.

At a glance

Of course, I can't forget to mention that in addition to the play O Menino das Marchinhas, the view is also a beautiful reason for this trip.
As I've already mentioned, the play takes place at Morro da Urca and obviously after the show we stayed there for a few more hours.

The cable car is already an unmissable ride, and with the play it became an incredible double.

What I found

I loved the show, I really enjoyed having fun with my son!
I loved the affection of the directors and production team, who certainly thought of the whole family.
Music, rhythms, actors! Everything is great, but it's the last show next week.
For those of you planning to go, a valuable tip!
The show fills up and there's no seating, so don't arrive late or at short notice so you don't sit too far away, lol.

When I went, there was a long queue to get on the cable car and I ended up standing at the back, but the view wasn't impaired and it was BEAUTIFUL!
I loved every second of it and I want to watch all the montages of this very cool project, Great Musicians for Little Ones, and encourage my son to listen to these Brazilian gems more and more.
