Another option in Barra da Tijuca<\/h2>\n

Barra da Tijuca is a carioca neighborhood that has grown a lot.
\nRio de Janeiro's tourist route has long since gone beyond the famous South Zone, bringing us the unparalleled beauty of Barra for tourists, a place that used to be better known only among cariocas. Now with several new hotels, Barra is also gaining more traditional restaurants in the city's South Zone, the Esplanada Grill.
\nThe first branch opened in Ipanema and today it is a classic, with over 20 years of history, very well frequented by intellectuals, artists and people in search of refinement and quality.
\nIn the midst of extremely tasteful decoration, the house offers excellent grilled food, all this in front of the beautiful Barra da Tijuca beach, in the exquisite and brand new Trump Hotel.
\nWe were invited to the opening and I can say that they left nothing to be desired.
\nThe location is great and from the balcony you can feel the breeze coming from the beach, so I can imagine enjoying a beautiful view at sunset. Inside, a beautiful wine cellar is part of the decor and has been specially selected to harmonize with the flavours of the grilled food.

Well, I don't even need to tell you about the dishes, we tried some of the delicacies of the house and there are many options, among them a rib roast for 8 hours, simply magnificent, it really falls apart in your mouth!
\nOf course, there are traditional dishes such as picanha, cod and all kinds of grilled meats you can imagine, but for me the favorite was the champagne shrimp, my God, what a divine thing, accompanied by broccoli rice that complemented the flavor by making my taste buds dance, if it were possible I would stay on this dish all night, but I needed to try everything for you, what hard work, lol.<\/p>\n

Another dish that caught my eye was the lamb shoulder with mashed baroa potatoes. I'm suspicious, I love potatoes, especially baroa potatoes, but the dish was very well prepared, the shoulder was just right and the mashed potatoes had an incredible taste.<\/p>\n

As for Igor, what caught his eye was the barbecued chicken, very well prepared on the grill, salty, juicy and crunchy at the same time, accompanied by biro biro rice, really delicious! In fact, I couldn't find a dish I didn't like.<\/p>\n

The appetizers are also very tasty, among them, the meat croquette with the house mustard, with a very strong flavor, and the cheese pastry caught my eye, dry and very tasty, but I didn't try the whole menu, after all, it's huge!<\/p>\n

Even though we tried smaller portions, it would be impossible to try the whole menu, it's huge with an incredible variety, there are so many! And there's something for everyone, even the famous feijoada from Rio de Janeiro can be found there.
\nObviously, dessert couldn't be any different, but we ended up with a good, traditional borwnie, by far my favorite dessert.<\/p>\n

The whole evening was a delight, and we were very happy to have such a good, quality house expanding its horizons in Rio, but a sure option in Barra da Tijuca.<\/p>\n
