<\/p>\nYes, I'm addicted to good pasta, I love a good pizza, I think my Italian blood screams at me at these times, so my son had someone to pull on, one of his first words was PIZZA!
\nEvil tongues say that good pizza here in Brazil is only in S\u00e3o Paulo, slander! Lol here in Rio de Janeiro there are some good pizzerias, just imagine!
\nI'm talking about a pizzeria from S\u00e3o Paulo, but I think any similarity is purely coincidental.
\nPizzaria Br\u00e1z began in the land of the drizzle. It's originally from S\u00e3o Paulo, but with a bit of a carioca heart, we've adopted it here and we love it, with delicious pizzas made in the wood-fired oven, which leaves the pizza with crispy and juicy dough at the same time, I love it!<\/p>\n

Whenever I visit the pizzeria, I start by ordering a starter called PRIMO, like a garlic pizza, a complete delight, with a sauce that looks like whole fresh tomatoes, just remembering it makes me fall over. In Igor's opinion, the best is the ma\u00e7arico, he loves something spicier, so if you like it too, don't hesitate to try it, but let's get to the news!
\nThe most beautiful season is here, and along with it came one of the most beautiful and delicious starters I've ever eaten in a pizzeria!
\nThey call them Dona Rosa starters, and there are three flavors:<\/p>\n
- Traditional, rolled pizza dough baked with a filling of caponata, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and diced tomatoes.<\/p>\n
- Dona Rosa Four Cheeses, four different cheeses with a touch of Italian tomato, mozzarella pallone, dolcelate and feta.<\/p>\n
- Dona Rosa Sopressata, buffalo mozzarella, sopressata in strips, caramelized red onion, grana padano cheese and rosemary to finish.<\/p>\n
- Dona Rosa Carbonara, palone cheese, sliced pancetta, caramelized red onion, with a touch of Sicilian lemon and Calabrian pepper, plus quail's egg and crispy parma to finish.<\/p>\n

<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\nThis last one was my favorite by far, besides being VERY beautiful, it's delicious, the ingredients went together like a glove, the caramelized onion looks out of this world, the pepper is just right, the lemon is so soft that you don't even feel it and the quail egg topped off the dish as if it were made for it and look, Carbonara is far from the list of my favorite dishes, but this Dona Rosa is really tasty!<\/p>\n

The main course was the Calzone do Mercado, a tribute to the famous sandwiches from the S\u00e3o Paulo market. It's impossible to hear about S\u00e3o Paulo and not immediately connect one to the other, so they did a great job, especially in bringing back the origins of the pizzeria.<\/p>\n

The Calzone is filled with mortadella, mozzarella, ricotta, black olives, chives and olive oil, wrapped in the most traditional and light Br\u00e1z dough, an explosion of flavor! Crispy and melted on the inside, you can go lower, even #bbpelomundo couldn't stop eating it, if I gave him 20 pieces he'd eat them and so would I, lol.
\nThe best pizza I've ever eaten in my life is still in Rome, in a canteen just outside the Colloseo.
\nWhat's wrong with eating well? We enjoyed it and loved it, a good option for people from S\u00e3o Paulo who miss a good pizza and for locals and tourists in general who want to eat well, hmmm!<\/p>\n
