This time was very special.<br \/>\nWell, Cris, why?<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Understanding pizza better.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>We had a mini lesson on the yeast they use and the secret of why their pizzas are so light and tasty!<br \/>\nThey don't use those chemical things, they make everything with a lot of love and care, they let the dough rest for two days and everything is extremely well thought out.<br \/>\nThe pots with the dough are ready and I had the pleasure of learning how to open them!<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">I got my hands dirty<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>I put the net in my hair and went there to learn from someone who knows how to do it, a unique experience!<br \/>\nThey really put a lot of care into the dough, with all the zeal and care to make sure it reaches our plates, that's why it's so tasty!<br \/>\nAnd it's a pleasure to see them preparing everything with so much love, everyone who works there loves what they do.<br \/>\nNow let's go step by step<\/p>\n<p>First we take the dough and open it, but how?<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the space where the dough will be opened and a little more sprinkle on top of the dough.<\/p>\n<p>Then you make it like a triangle with your hand, with your thumbs intertwined and you open it up and throw the air from the dough into the corners - you can see it well in the video!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5299\" src=\"http:\/\/crispelomundo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/br\u00e1z-pizzaria-crisstilben-eu-que-fiz-como-fazer-pizza-crispelomundo-11-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"br\u00e1z pizzeria crisstilben i made it how to make pizza crispelomundo (4)2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" title=\"- Cris Around the World\"><\/p>\n<p>Yeah, but that wonderful round shape? I chose the traditional, simple and wonderful marguerita! There's a wonderful oven and it makes our pizza crispy in just 7 minutes, and it looks beautiful, beautiful! We didn't even have time to wait long and tchar\u00e3m!<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Voila!<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Look at the result, am I or am I not a great pizza maker, hehhehee now it's time to enjoy! Am I approved or not?
