Santa Quarta<\/span><\/h2>\n

Bistr\u00f4 Santa Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o is in the Leblon neighborhood, here in Rio de Janeiro.
\nA very carioca atmosphere surrounds it, with chairs full of cushions and rustic-style tables.
\nThe decoration gives the house that extra touch, with beautiful sayings and everything thought out with such care for every corner you look at, that it makes you feel embraced by the place.<\/p>\n

The Bistro is just the right size and is full of people who enjoy an incredible palate.
\nIt was our second Santa Quarta and it's the second edition too, imagine if we didn't like it there.
\nBut what is Santa Quarta? On certain Wednesdays, Bistr\u00f4 Santa Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o invites guests to take over the kitchen! And the result couldn't be any different, a creative way of having delicious novelties.<\/p>\n

At the first edition, the place was really PUMPED. The special guest was journalist Rafael Cavalieri, who got his hands dirty and prepared a very tasty hamburger.
\nJuicy blend of beef and bacon, served with canastra cheese cream, parsley aioli, barbecue and crispy bacon!
\nNhaaammm.
\nTo give you an idea, it was so good that it sold out in no time, just think!<\/p>\n

Drinks<\/span><\/h6>\n

To make the drinks, gastronomy photographer Tom\u00e1s Rangel changed roles and went straight to shaking the cocktail shakers at Bistr\u00f4 Santa Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, creating two recipes.
\nI loved the Sanguinelli G&T, a gin and tonic made with Amazzoni gin, blood orange, lemongrass and star anise!
\nVery nice too.<\/p>\n

Igor's choice was the Leblon Sour, made with Cacha\u00e7a Leblon, pomelo, orange and tahiti lime, honey syrup, Aperol and IPA bitter, also very good.<\/p>\n

Bistr\u00f4 Santa Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o offers an incredible menu every day of the week, and I've had my eye on the risotto, which I'll definitely be back to try.<\/p>\n

With its elaborate menu, you could choose two options between starters, main courses and dessert.
\nAs I went with Igor, we each ordered one and tried a bit of everything!<\/p>\n

Entry<\/span><\/h6>\n

For starters, he had the paris mushroom cream with porcini and I had the warm pumpkin salad with curd cheese.<\/p>\n
