That's why the Paris Museum Pass is essential.<br \/>\nAs well as having a fixed price to visit more than 50 attractions, it also saves us time queuing at the ticket offices. I'll explain everything.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4opGe6NkenA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Organization<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>We did a lot of research before starting to use the Paris Museum Pass. We even chose the right day to start using it, as we only had the two-day pass and didn't want to waste it. Pay attention to the days when most museums are closed!<br \/>\nThere are too many attractions and sometimes we risk wasting time for nothing, and how can we avoid doing that?<br \/>\nFirst we made a list of all the attractions we wanted to go to, then we sorted them by distance and finally by opening hours. This last one is the most important and makes all the difference.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7584\" src=\"http:\/\/crispelomundo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/PARIS-COM-CRIANCA-CRISSTILBEN-CRISPELOMUNDO7-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/crispelomundo.com\/supermercado-em-paris\/\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" title=\"- Cris Around the World\"><br \/>\nSome attractions don't open on certain days and others stay open later. Read the whole guide carefully, go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.parismuseumpass.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MUSEUM PASS<\/a> to find out more. The Louvre, for example, doesn't open on Tuesdays and stays open late on Fridays and Wednesdays. We used our Paris Museum Pass on Tuesday and Wednesday, and left the Louvre for last, precisely so we'd have more time to visit it. The Mus\u00e9e de l'Arm\u00e9e, on the other hand, is open until late on Tuesday, so that was useful to know.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Value and duration<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>There are three types of Paris Museum Pass<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 days for 48 euros;<\/li>\n<li>4 days for 62 euros;<\/li>\n<li>6 days for 74 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of course, proportionally, the more days, the better, depending on your thirst for knowledge. While the two-day course costs 24 euros each day, the six-day course costs a little over 12 euros - quite a difference, isn't it?<br \/>\nIt's also worth checking that the prices are still the same, as I'm referring to June 2018.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">How to use<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Paris Museum Pass begins to apply when it is used for the first time, so there's no point in buying it for two days, using it today and the day after tomorrow.<br \/>\nAs soon as you use it, put the day you started, along with your name on the ticket, don't lose or tear up your Paris Museum Pass, it's non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7717 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/crispelomundo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Screenshot_20180610-174902_Canva-925x1024.jpg\" alt=\"PARIS MUSEUM PASS CRISSTILBEN CRISPELOMUNDO\" width=\"925\" height=\"1024\" title=\"- Cris Around the World\"><br \/>\nIt's also worth checking that you've been given the Paris Museum Pass with the requested validity year and days, and that everything is in order.<br \/>\nDon't tear up the \"accordion\" with the information, it could invalidate your Paris Museum Pass.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Is the Paris Museum Pass really worth it?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>We loved it, but it's only worth it if you really want to go to several attractions.<br \/>\nIt's worth remembering that we had a few days left to wander around at a slower pace, enjoying the city, which is one of the most enjoyable things to do in Paris.<br \/>\nI don't recommend buying the Paris Museum Pass for two days and spending one of them in Versailles, for example. Versailles takes up a whole day and it's more advantageous to buy the ticket individually. Just do the math, each attraction costs an average of 10 to 15 euros, so to make it worthwhile, you have to go to at least 4 attractions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7571\" src=\"http:\/\/crispelomundo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/PARIS-COM-CRIANCA-CRISSTILBEN-CRISPELOMUNDO5-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"PARIS WITH CHILDREN CRISSTILBEN CRISPELOMUNDO10\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" title=\"- Cris Around the World\"><\/p>\n<p>We went to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paris-arc-de-triomphe.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arc de Triomphe<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.palais-decouverte.fr\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pal\u00e1cio das Descobertas<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.musee-armee.fr\/en\/coming-to-the-museum\/opening-times-and-prices.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Armory Museum<\/a> (with two entries in different exhibitions), L<a href=\"https:\/\/www.louvre.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">listen<\/a> e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cite-sciences.fr\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cit\u00e9 des Sciences<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe total would be around 80 euros, and the Paris Museum Pass for two days costs 48 euros! In other words, it was VERY worthwhile.<\/p>\n<p>But beware, at the Cit\u00e9 Des Science (Science City), we had to pay for some attractions separately, such as the Children's City.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7565\" src=\"http:\/\/crispelomundo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/HOSPEDAGEM-EM-PARIS-HOTEL-THERESE-CRISSTILBEN-CRISPELOMUNDO-23-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"PARIS WITH CHILDREN CRISSTILBEN CRISPELOMUNDO10\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" title=\"- Cris Around the World\"><br \/>\nIf we wanted to go to La Geode, we would also need to buy another ticket. The Museum Pass only gives you access to the main permanent exhibition.<br \/>\nOf course, the fact that we didn't have to queue to buy tickets saved us time and we were able to visit more things. That counts for a lot, so take that into consideration.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">What should we consider?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Your pace and appetite for museums?<br \/>\nA: Do you like museums or are you just curious? Do you want to spend the whole day in just one museum?<br \/>\nHow many museums do you want to visit?<br \/>\nA: Organize time and access routes and list them in order of preference.<br \/>\nHow many days do you have in the city?<br \/>\nA: Be aware, Paris is incredible and museums are not the only attractions in the city.<br \/>\nDo you want to make detailed visits for more than a whole day?<br \/>\nA: This makes it impossible to visit more than two museums a day.<br \/>\nAre you leaving Paris?<br \/>\nA: Pay attention to the travel time.<br \/>\nIs your visit on Sunday?<br \/>\nA: Some museums are free on this day.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">How to buy the Paris Museum Pass<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>There are several ways to store, whether online, at the airport or in physical stores.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Online<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>I don't recommend it, because you'll have to ask for it to be delivered to your home and that's more expensive, or you could waste time picking it up at a specific point.
