Who we are and what this website offers

Cris Pelo Mundo is a product of Cinevibe Produções, presented on the website crispelomundo.com.br. These Terms of Use govern the use of the public institutional website, the Seasons Portal (an authenticated area, available with a Subscription), and the Partnerships area aimed at business contacts (B2B). By accessing the website, creating an Account, signing up for the Subscription, booking the Consultation, purchasing a Signed Book, or submitting a B2B Lead form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any point, do not use the website or the corresponding service.

The website presents Cris Pelo Mundo's institutional content — information about the Seasons, the Books, the Consultation, and partnership opportunities — and gives those who sign up for the Subscription access to the Seasons Portal, where the Episodes are available for playback. There is also an internal area, the Admin, restricted to the Cinevibe Produções team, which is not intended for the public and is not covered by the sections of this document aimed at Members and visitors.

Registration and Account

Part of the website is publicly accessible; access to the Seasons Portal requires creating an Account, using an email and password. The password is never stored in plain text: it is stored hashed, a cryptographic transformation that prevents it from being read directly, even by us. After login, the authenticated session is maintained through a session cookie in your browser, which allows you to remain logged in while browsing the Portal.

Each Account has exactly one Playback Profile. It is through this Profile that the Portal records which Episodes you have watched and how far, so that playback can be resumed from where you left off.

The Account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with your access credentials; see also the acceptable use rules further below. Since the website's content deals with family travel, creating an Account and any purchase — Subscription, Consultation, or Signed Book — must be made by a responsible adult. We do not intentionally collect data from children without the consent of parents or legal guardians.

Subscription to the Seasons Portal

Access to the Seasons Portal is offered through a Subscription, with recurring monthly billing processed by Stripe — the website never stores your card number. The Subscription has an initial 12-month commitment; after that period, renewal occurs monthly, with no new minimum commitment. The current price, the Contracted Entity responsible for billing, and the applicable refund policy are presented at the time of purchase, at checkout, and the conditions stated there prevail.

If a charge fails, the Subscription enters a grace period. This grace period is not, by itself, a cancellation request: it constitutes Delinquency/Non-payment, a distinct status.

During the initial 12-month commitment, if you request termination of the Subscription before the end of that period, this is called Early Cancellation, subject to the conditions presented at the time of purchase. Once the initial commitment has been fulfilled, termination of the Subscription follows the normal rules of a monthly subscription, without the specific conditions of Early Cancellation.

The Right of Withdrawal is different from Early Cancellation. Under Brazilian consumer protection law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), purchases made outside a commercial establishment — such as a purchase made over the internet — may be withdrawn from within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of purchase or receipt, with no need for justification. This is the legal Right of Withdrawal applicable to the purchase of the Subscription; any specific contractual conditions on this matter, if any, are presented at the time of purchase.

Consultation

The Consultation offered on the website is an individual 60-minute session with Cris. Payment, processed by Stripe, is made before scheduling; once payment is confirmed, you receive a Calendly link to choose and book the session time. Rescheduling, cancellation, and any refund conditions relating to the Consultation are those presented at the time of purchase, at checkout.

Books

The website presents two book formats. The Standard Book is sold through Amazon: the website displays the title and directs you to the Amazon marketplace to complete the purchase, but does not process that payment — the purchase relationship is directly between you and Amazon, subject to Amazon's terms. The Signed Book, when available, is sold directly through the website, with payment processed by Stripe.

Partnerships and B2B Leads

The website has an area dedicated to Partnerships, with a business contact form. Submitting this form creates a B2B Lead — a record of interest and contact — and does not, by itself, create any contract, client relationship, or business commitment between you and Cinevibe Produções. Any actual partnership depends on subsequent negotiation and formalization, conducted outside this website.

Personal data, cookies, and privacy

We collect the personal data necessary to operate the services described in these Terms. When you fill out the contact form or the B2B Lead form, we collect your name, email, and the message sent. When you create an Account, we collect your name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). With an active Account and use of the Portal, we record playback progress per Playback Profile — which Episodes were watched and how far.

The website currently does not use any analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking SDKs. There are two cookies actually in use: the Better Auth session cookie, which keeps you logged in on the Portal and the Admin, and a CSRF protection cookie, a security measure against attacks that attempt to forge actions on your behalf. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

To operate the services described in these Terms, we share the strictly necessary data with the following providers, who act as data processors on our behalf:

• Stripe, to process payments for the Subscription, the Consultation, and the Signed Book;

• Calendly, to schedule the Consultation session after payment is confirmed;

• Resend, to send transactional emails, such as confirmations and password recovery;

• Bunny Stream (bunny.net), for hosting and delivering video for the Seasons Portal;

• Vimeo, occasionally, for institutional video content on the public website;

• the application's hosting provider, cloud infrastructure managed via Coolify.

As a data subject, under the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018), you have the right to:

• confirmation of the existence of processing of your data;

• access to your personal data;

• correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

• anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the law;

• portability of your data to another service or product provider;

• deletion of personal data processed based on your consent;

• information about the public and private entities with which we share your data;

• information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusing;

• revocation of your consent at any time.

We take the security of your data seriously: passwords are never stored in plain text (only hashed), all browsing on the website takes place over HTTPS, and access to the Admin area is restricted by role — Admin or Member — so that only authorized staff have access to internal tools and data.

Intellectual property

All content made available on the website and on the Seasons Portal — including the Episodes, texts, images, scripts, and the Cris Pelo Mundo brand and visual identity — belongs to Cinevibe Produções or is used by it under license, and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rules.

The Subscription grants the Member a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to watch the Episodes of the Seasons for their own, non-commercial use. It is not permitted to copy, download outside the features offered by the Portal itself, redistribute, retransmit, publicly display, sublicense, or commercially exploit, in any way, the content of the Portal or the website, in whole or in part, without the express written authorization of Cinevibe Produções.

Acceptable use

By using the website and the Seasons Portal, you agree not to share your access credentials (email and password) with third parties, nor to use another person's credentials; not to redistribute, copy, or make the Portal's content publicly available by any means; not to use automated means — bots, scrapers, scripts, or similar tools — to access, extract data from, or interact with the website or the Portal outside of normal use through a browser; not to attempt to circumvent the website's authentication, authorization, or protection mechanisms; and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or one that violates the rights of third parties.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of the Account, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

Limitation of liability

The website and the Seasons Portal are offered with Cinevibe Produções' best efforts to keep the service available, secure, and functioning correctly. Even so, interruptions, temporary unavailability, technical failures, or incompatibilities with certain devices or browsers may occur, including due to factors beyond our control, such as failures of third-party providers involved in the operation — for example, payment processing, transactional email delivery, or video delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Cinevibe Produções is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or the Portal. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be validly excluded or limited under applicable Brazilian law, especially the guarantees provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time, to reflect changes to the website, the services offered, applicable law, or our practices. When this happens, we will publish the updated version on this page, with the revised update date at the top of the document. Continued use of the website and the Portal after a change to these Terms represents your agreement with the updated version; if you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the website and, if applicable, cancel your Subscription in accordance with the rules described above.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018).
