Real artisan burgers
HELLO? What? That's right, Hell's Burguer was one of the pioneers in this wave of artisan burgers, and it's taken seriously at Hell's Burguer! We had the chance to talk to Rafael Lopes, one of the partners and creators of the burger restaurant, and we noticed right away how passionate he is about cooking. He's been in the kitchen for over 20 years, has an absurd love for it and a knowledge that makes you clap your hands, not to mention the fact that enjoying food counts for a lot, right? So he knows exactly what pleases us poor little fat people, hihihi.
He showed us in theory the difference between buying the meat, cleaning it and making your own burgers there and simply buying frozen, ready-made meat, the whole concept that makes everything more artisanal and delicious. Well, I was just dying to understand how this would work on the palate, does it really make that much difference?
Wow! I'd heard a lot about the place and now I really understand why! The burgers are so juicy and tasty, the preparation of the burger makes all the difference, knowing the right proportion of each ingredient, that story the owner's eyes that fatten the ox, yes! They take great care in their choice of ingredients and quality standards, it blew my mind!
It's not a house of a million varieties, but it doesn't need to be either, there are two options, the Hell's Burger with 200g and 100% of rib fillet, cheddar cheese and sesame bread and the Fifty-Fifty which has 50% of rib fillet and 50 % of bacon in one burger, also with cheddar and sesame bread!
It was on this last one that Igor and I bet our chips, hummm and we also added the caramelized onions in the IPA beer and the English Cheddar, get ready to reach the heights, I almost went under the table, at the right point, it melted in your mouth, you don't even have to chew, jeez, what a delicious thing and to complete it with a golden key, tcharããã canoe-style fries.
Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, I don't even need to tell you that the baby has had it with potatoes, right? One of his favorite dishes in life and one he wouldn't give up for anything.
To drink I tried the house beer From Hell, a very tasty American lager, it goes down light and goes well with it.
Hey calllma, the good things aren't over! I've always wondered where there could be a restaurant with good live rock music, different things to enjoy with Igor, and I think they've heard me. TOMORROW will be the first such event, but I've already learned that EVERY FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH, there will be a good rock band playing the best at Hell's Burguer on Olegário Maciel, in Barra da Tijuca, with the right to an exclusive sandwich!
Tomorrow will be the day of the Cramulhão, which is made with Hell's burger, sausage from Minas Gerais, canastra cheese, peanut mayonnaise and wild tiger's nest honey served on corn bread with fennel to the sound of Eduardo Camacho's rock, country and blues, and the best aaainnndaaa! Rafael Lopes will be the one preparing these sandwiches, imagine that!

The event starts at 7 p.m. Don't be fooled, they'll be limited sandwiches, and there's no repeat on any other day, I want to try one of these delights!
And while you're waiting for your burger to be ready, you can also play a game of pinball
Another cool thing, but one that couldn't go unmentioned, is that not only do the staff understand burgers very well, but they also have a lot to do with sport. The house sponsors some of the athletes and really invests in the young people so that they can achieve their longed-for goals in sport and make our country very proud! Congratulations Hell's, if more people were like you, maybe there would be more medal-winning athletes in Brazil!
