Les Jardins de Rio - accommodation.

Touring Rio de Janeiro.

Who says sightseeing in your own city isn't cool? After all, Rio de Janeiro has plenty of places to visit, hidden corners and secrets to be discovered, not to mention wonderful hotels and restaurants, which escape the clichés and are exclusive without costing anything extra! That's exactly what we experienced, one of those places that you can't even imagine being close to home.

We were invited by the boutique hotel Les Jardins de Rio, in Cosme Velho, to enjoy this new experience. Right away we were surprised, because despite being in the middle of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Les Jardins makes us feel miles away, completely immersed in nature, with birds and monkeys saying good morning, I loved it!

We were warmly welcomed by Félix, who made a point of showing us everything with the utmost appreciation. He spoke in detail about the beautiful works scattered around, where it's the details that make the difference. A cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home.
The common area is very complete, very homely with a fireplace, a library and a huge living room with a solarium and beautiful armchairs. It also has a swimming pool and even a terrace with a breathtaking view of Christ and Guanabara Bay.

The room couldn't have been any different: we stayed in the pink suite, which is a Master Suite, with ample space, lovely decor, a comfortable bed and two gardens! That's right, a balcony overlooking the garden with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and reading a book, and another in front of the bathroom that complements the scenery and makes you take a bath in the garden, very nice!

We took some champagne with us (it's a good tip, see?) to enjoy the space even more, which is decorated with candles and artificial flowers, all to make it even more romantic! Since Les Jardim de Rio has a more romantic proposal, we won a night voucher and #bbpelomundo slept with Grandma that day, another very good idea for dads who want a day to enjoy together, taking advantage of a night in the city itself is really nice!

We woke up and were starving, so we went straight to breakfast, with two options, either a view of the pool or Guanabara Bay. We chose the second option, with fruit, yogurt and a wonderful jam, made by them, without preservatives and with seasonal fruit (I think they should sell it, I loved the mango one lol), warm bread, eggs and a view to drool over!
The café is so nice that they're even thinking of opening it for brunch! I'll let you know as soon as I hear about it, because it's worth it.
Belly full, let's go to PISCINNNNAAA, the day was beautiful, not a cloud in the sky, generous sunshine and tchbummmm!

Igor and I got lost on the spot and there was a caipirinha to top it all off. We didn't want to leave! lol
But it went by so fast that we had to leave soon, damn it! Our tourist day was coming to an end, but we loved every second of it and want to do it again soon!
