Rio Craft Beer Festival

A good option for the weekend.

This weekend there's a great option for beer-loving Cariocas! The event was started by six brewing friends who wanted to highlight craft beer. The first edition was last year and was an absolute success, so this year they decided to do it again!

In addition to the 6 pioneers, 4 more brewers showed up and in this edition there will be 10 breweries showing that the carioca also knows beer!
These are 2Cabeças, 3cariocas, Fraga, Hija de Punta, Hocus Pocus, Three Monkeys, W*Kattz, Ocêanica. Trópica and Penedon with a total of around 40 labels of the most diverse styles, on tap and bottled.
The event takes place on May 14 at the Planetário da Gávea, with tickets costing R$30.00 and you also get a glass! Each 300ml draft beer will cost R$10,00.

And it doesn't stop there, for the hungry like me, there will be food trucks serving delicious food! Chefs Jimmy Mc Manis and Allan Salles are officially launching a new project, Foodtopia, bringing two special recipes to the event: Bubba's with four burgers, Frites with delicious fries, Delfinas with made-to-order dishes, hummm, Carnivoros with recipes where the main star is meat, Tapí with tapioca and Hareburguer with veggie burgers, humm there's something for everyone!

The entertainment will be provided by the bands Indie Rock, Planar and DJ Felipe Minaz, with a more far-out sound and a pop touch, as well as a chat with participating master brewers, mediated by beer sommelier Gil Lebre, all related to the theme of small producers at Craft Berr!

Malte & Cia will also be there, bringing important information to future and new brewers.
Well, the event has everything to be great, I can't miss it!
