Pousada da Prainha with baby

Your beach house in Arraial.

When I was eight months pregnant, I went to Arraial and I stayed at Pousada da PrainhaThe aquarium was already beautiful, recently reopened and decorated with sea motifs. Speaking of which, the aquarium with the clown fish or even Dori is a show in itself.

The common space in general is very good, ideal for socializing, which is why we came back, uhulll blog meeting cariocaxxxx, I loved every second of it, great people, it's worth getting to know each one afterwards, I'll put the link down there!

But anyway, now I'm back with the baby and I enjoyed it even more, they've really thought of everything to make you feel at home! There are several room options, for couples, friends and even for families, with a sink and microwave, perfect for those with little ones. There's something for everyone.

This time, we stayed in the premium quadruple room, which has a lovely little balcony, and the baby loved sitting out there watching the street go by.

The room is also romantic, the baby slept very well on the little bed that was protected between the wall and our bed, which by the way was a little higher and gave us total privacy as well, not to mention that there was a super romantic veil on the bed, making it look like a princess, I also liked the painting on the wall, with white and blue stripes, very reminiscent of maritime themes, I even felt a little at sea, lol, ahh how I miss cruises.

Another thing I really like about the rooms is the workbench or desk, which is very useful for me, whether it's for putting bottles, milk, cookies or, of course, the computer, where we edit a lot of videos that come out hot, right away, lol. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is large with a shower of the right pressure, which doesn't let you out for anything, what a nice shower!!! Speaking of the bathroom, I couldn't forget the amenities, they're all by Naturaaaa, the soap, shampoo and conditioner are super fragrant, I loved them!!!

Always willing to please their guests, the pousada has come up with a great idea: afternoon tea. Have you ever thought about coming back from the beach with the urge to eat something, but not hungry enough for dinner? Hmmm, I wanted something so badly... and you arrive with cake, cookies, tea and coffee, just waiting for you lol! I thought it was great and the baby went nuts on the cornstarch cookies. Another super useful thing is the filtered water available 24 hours a day, which helps a lot with the bottles. For those who don't have the facility in their room, the microwave is also available, baby's food will thank you and so will mommy, practicality is everything!
I loved the theme of the restaurant, all decorated with pictures that refer to scenes from classic films, a very cool idea, in fact the whole inn is very well decorated, exuding coziness!

In addition to the common room with a TV, a wonderful sofa and children's channels, we also have an air-conditioned lounge with the ideal atmosphere for relaxing! But if, with all the activities, your baby still needs to burn off some energy, you can go to the kids' area at the back, near the parking lot. Your little one will find a small space with synthetic grass, a highchair, toys and even a huge trampoline, yes, mom is back to being a child with her son, lol, it was one of the places that the baby enjoyed the most, I think it was second only to the traditional bibi in front of the inn, and of course the swimming pool, what a boy who likes water, even though his chin was cold he didn't want to leave for anything, especially because he loved the themed floats for children.
I was already a fan of Pousada da Prainha, and now that I've been with Emmanuel and seen that it works really well, I've enjoyed it even more, after all, it's not every place that offers so many options for the little ones and peace of mind for moms.

Ahhh, how could I not have mentioned it before? Breakfast is varied, with breads, yogurt, cereals and cakes, I loved the banana one! Another treat for the children: the little plates and cups with a children's theme, made of plastic so as not to hurt them. He didn't know whether to eat or play with his Minions plate! There are also child seats for parents' peace of mind.
Outside of breakfast and afternoon hours, there is a restaurant that serves meals, but as we went during the very low season, they took the opportunity to take a collective vacation, and made a special menu for this time, with crepes, which are real meals, as they are huge and come with a lot of salad.

I ordered the prawns and Igor ordered the chicken, but in the end we swapped as usual, lol.
Both very filling and tasty, hummmm.
Thank you so much to everyone at Pousada da Prainha, we loved the invitation and congratulations once again, we will definitely be coming there a lot, after all we chose Pousada da Prainha as our beach house.
