Traveling around Brazil by Car - Another beautiful trip.

A great adventure - Traveling around Brazil by car

Another trip was approaching and this time I was more anxious than ever! How would we manage traveling around Brazil by car?
For sure, pure emotion, incredible landscapes and wonderful destinations.

Six days and five cities! How else would I do it if not by car? I can't wait to see our little one's reaction to traveling around Brazil by car.

Peugeot 408

We got the car in partnership with Peugeot, who offered us the Peugeot408.
The perfect car for traveling on our roads.

With super-soft shock absorbers, I couldn't even feel the bumps and potholes, which made the journey much more pleasant.

Trunk

I was extremely impressed with the size of the trunk! We took a stroller, 2 suitcases, a drone, 2 camera bags, 2 backpacks and, by the way, there was plenty of room!!!
We're already thinking about traveling further next time, lol... there's plenty of room in the car.

As we would be traveling through cold and beachy places, our suitcase was a bit versatile, not to mention huge lol.
Not to mention the drone's backpack, luckily the Peugeot408 has one of the biggest trunks in its class.

Internal space

The interior is also very comfortable and spacious. Me, Igor and the little one didn't even feel the kilometers and time passing by, it really made a difference on a trip as long as this one, a total of 2,000 km!
The seat seemed to hug me, my stretched-out legs didn't even come close to being cramped and my shoulders and arms didn't squeeze into the doors or Igor's arm, lol room to spare.

Emmanuel also took it easy on stretches of more than 7 hours, wiggling his little legs in the back seat without even feeling the front seat! Of course, there are a few tricks to keep the little ones entertained while traveling around Brazil by car, but I'll talk about those later, so be sure to keep up with the blog!

Car sharing in São Paulo

Now let's continue our journey to Curitiba, oops!!! It's already 5 p.m. and we're on a license plate rotation in São Paulo, what are we going to do? We don't know anything about the city!
We missed the WTM, we didn't even see it go by and now?
We've discovered that WAZE saves locals and tourists who are in trouble!
I'll teach you here:

1st open the menu and go to settings, then go to Navigation.

2º You will find the vehicle rotation function, then just enter the last two digits of the license plate.

That's it! Now just enter your address and be happy, but be careful... use sparingly, your destination could get MUCH longer, lol I'll explain.

We were due to arrive in Curitiba at 11 p.m., okay! Good timing, the journey takes an average of 6 or 7 hours, so let's go!
We follow the app blindly and .

- Igor?!?! What are we doing heading towards Santos??????!!!!!!!!!

Waze made a mistake!

The app took us out of the rotation and sent us a few more kilometers away!!!! MEUSSS SAIIIIISSSSS! I can't believe it, now the GPS is marking midnight for arrival, we're going to sleep a little less, but let's go.
People, don't trust this WAZE app blindly, especially if you're traveling through Brazil by car, I don't know what the app's functionality is like in other countries... I think it would have been better to wait until 8pm and then go without this loop.

Hey, toll... another... another... another? WHATEEEE???? That's TWENTY FIVE REAISSS??? SHIT
And we arrive in Santos, walk further and pay a LOT of tolls, so avoid this route if you can!
The tolls on the other route are all just R$ 3.00, I'll soon post a spreadsheet with all the tolls we passed on the trip.
We went on and sleep came on, the midnight forecast turned into 1 a.m.... 1:30.. 2... 2:30 and we didn't get to the hotel until 3am!!!

Slaviero Full Jazz

We arrived dead, Emmanuel was asleep almost the whole way, which we spent traveling around Brazil by car. So when we got to the bedroom, tcharãmmmm! Two eyes wide open, only the cartoons on TV to save us.

When we'd finished tidying up, we took a shower and went to bed, it was already past 4:30 am
The next day, or rather in a few hours, the train ride to Morretes would leave, could we stand it?! The bed was so good, the room so cozy! Everything was dark... oh, oh, oh... Will we wake up?

Keep going... Tcharãmmmm rãmmm rãmmm
