How to make Bráz pizzeria pizza - I got my hands dirty!

Those who follow me know my love for pizza lol yesmm here 1TP5We are passionate about pizza and Bráz pizzeria is one of our favorites here in Rio de Janeiro, if not the most!
We loved everything there, from the appetizers to the desserts <3 so much love!

Last week we were invited to see the flavor they had chosen for autumn, we enjoyed ourselves and had a lot of fun! This time was very special.
Well, Cris, why?

Understanding pizza better.

We had a mini lesson on the yeast they use and the secret of why their pizzas are so light and tasty!
They don't use those chemical things, they make everything with a lot of love and care, they let the dough rest for two days and everything is extremely well thought out.
The pots with the dough are ready and I had the pleasure of learning how to open them!

I got my hands dirty

I put the net in my hair and went there to learn from someone who knows how to do it, a unique experience!
They really put a lot of care into the dough, with all the zeal and care to make sure it reaches our plates, that's why it's so tasty!
And it's a pleasure to see them preparing everything with so much love, everyone who works there loves what they do.
Now let's go step by step

First we take the dough and open it, but how?

Sprinkle the space where the dough will be opened and a little more sprinkle on top of the dough.

Then you make it like a triangle with your hand, with your thumbs intertwined and you open it up and throw the air from the dough into the corners - you can see it well in the video!

Yeah, but that wonderful round shape? Xii it takes practice heheh I got a lot of help with this part, either you do it like a steering wheel, or you're really good and can do it without this trick hehehehe, which is the case with the guys at Braz pizzeria!

I swear I tried, but I ended up with this steering wheel trick, lol In the video you can see that too hihihi

Play with your imagination.

The hardest part is over, now you just have to choose a good pomodoro, put the cheese on top and play with your imagination. I chose the traditional, simple and wonderful marguerita! Cheese here, tomatoes there, oregano and a little basil.

Shall we go to the oven? There's a wonderful oven and it makes our pizza crispy in just 7 minutes, and it looks beautiful, beautiful! We didn't even have time to wait long and tcharãm!

Voila!

Look at the result, am I or am I not a great pizza maker, hehhehee now it's time to enjoy! Am I approved or not? Well, I liked it a lot, but with the ingredients from Bráz pizzeria, it's hard not to be approved, right?

After this game I couldn't help myself and tried more delicacies, of course the funghi that was chosen for autumn couldn't be left out, but also the Maçarico which is Igor's favorite with smoked sausages, peppers and onions and my favorite, the fosca with smoked ham and catupiri!

AAAhh dessert couldn't be left out, I think Igor dreams of this pie every time we think about going to Bráz pizzeria! The chocolate tart has three very harmonious and delicious layers, so don't miss out.

Drinks

All of this is accompanied by a very refreshing sangria, which was launched as part of the summer menu and has stayed with us forever because it's so good.

Igor went for the Chopp, which, by the way, even those who aren't fans end up liking it, which is my case! We almost ate it with a spoon, it was so creamy and cold!

Too bad dinner is over so quickly, isn't it? And the desire to return always starts with the last piece 😉
